A Hexagonal Pale Green Glass Jar

Three panels of the body are decorated with moulded vertical palm-fronds which extend from the base toward the neck. Three additional panels are decorated with schematic amphorae. The twin green handles are applied to collar and shoulder.

Period: Circa 6th Century AD
Dimensions: Height: 10.2cm
Condition: Very good; very rare
