Queries and responses for lot #48-250
($350-400 estimated, $240 realized)

  1. Can you tell me why the oil lamp in the upper right hand corner does not have 2 holes?  From what period is it from?

  2. It is from the Late Byzantine Period 5th-7th century CE. They were probably used just as votive deposits in buriels.
